Stockings from Karen is a non-profit organization that gives the gift of self-esteem to teen foster girls through annual delivery of Christmas stockings filled with toiletries. Often when a child arrives in foster care, all they have are the clothes on their backs. Our stockings are stuffed with staples teen girls need like deodorant, toothbrush/ toothpaste, lotion and self esteem boosters like makeup and hair accessories. We work with the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) programs from Baltimore, MD to Winchester, VA to deliver the stockings.
