In her previous role as a Trade and Investments Officer at the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), for the British Embassy, Hadiza was part of both the Infrastructure Team covering the Midatlantic Region in the US, and the Clean Growth and Energy Team. For the last five years she has provided a fully integrated advisory service to companies interested in doing business between the UK and the U.S. Hadiza will now offer similar services to L Street clients including market entry consulting, representation at conferences and trade shows, market reporting, match making and more. She will also spearhead a new service provided by LSP: diplomacy training and etiquette courses.

Sara is a seasoned nonprofit professional with a passion for empowering girls and women and lifting underrepresented voices. She spent 12 years at Running Start, where she helped to grow the nonpartisan, nonprofit start-up into a national organization which has trained tens of thousands of young women to lead in politics. As a Latina, Sara had a particular interest in recruiting and training women of color. Sara took the lead in developing Running Start’s programs and curriculum. She also worked on the organization’s events, which ranged from informal lunches to week-long conferences, to Capitol Hill “lobby” days, to formal annual galas. Sara holds a BA from Swarthmore College and a Master of Public Policy from the George Washington University.

She designed all marketing materials for the new organization + established online presence via web site and social channels. She created an integrated marketing communications plan across five business units with focus on strategic campaigns. She oversaw all marketing operations, editorial calendar for social media, advertising, and generation of marketing content and graphics. Leigh oversees marketing and communications for all L Street Clients and with a focus on marcom for events of the British-American Business Association.

At FiscalNote Molly was a top performer on the global ESG sales team. She worked with C-suite leaders of midmarket and enterprise companies who needed to create, monitor, and report their sustainability efforts.
At Virginia Media, Molly managed multiple brands where she created strategic plans, expanded programs, and developed partnerships. Ultimately this led to expanded distribution into new markets, diverse advertisers, and significant revenue growth.
Molly is a founding member of the YWCA of Portland Leadership Board, and a founding member of GenerationMOCA, an under 40 board of directors for the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Portland Women’s Crisis Line, and done work for the American Hiking Society, Girls on the Run, and the Returning Veterans Project.

LeeAnn has been involved in government relations, public affairs, fundraising and marketing in D.C. for more than 25 years. She began her career in California working at the local and state level of government before moving permanently to Washington D.C. to finish a Master's Degree and take a job on Capitol Hill. After that she went into the influence business, first with the Dutko Group and later as an in-house lobbyist for Volvo Group North America. During this time she rose through the ranks of Women in Government Relations, a professional society of women lobbyists, ultimately becoming President. In 2010 LeeAnn left lobbying and pivoted to marketing, communications, public affairs, fundraising and events. In 2019 she started L Street Partners and began offering association management services.
